Instructions

Please register using a personal Email ID and Mobile Number.
Verify your Mobile Number with the OTP sent to you.
The Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondence until enrolment is completed. Changing the Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
Ensure you read the eligibility criteria for your course before starting the application.
All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
All information must be accurate and valid for successful submission of the application form.
Important Note: Provide the correct Aadhaar card number. Once entered, this information cannot be used again for other applications. (One Aadhaar card, one application only)
The application form fee (Rs.1000/-) is non-refundable.
Remember to click the 'SAVE AND CONTINUE' or 'SAVE AS DRAFT' button before leaving the application form to ensure all changes are saved.
Keep the following documents ready before filling out the application form:
- Latest passport-size photograph and scanned copy of your signature (preferably less than 2 MB in .png, .jpeg, or .jpg format).
- Scanned copy of Class X, XII and UG Marksheets (all available semesters, merged into a single PDF file).
- Scanned copy of Aadhar Card (both sides merged into a single PDF file).
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their academic credentials.
Other documents required in PDF format:
- National Level Entrance Test Score Card (only for MBA).
- Full Time Work Experience Certificates (compulsory for executive MBA)
- Social Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates.
- Baptism Certificate for Christian candidates.
- Certificate of Disability (if applicable).
- PG Marksheets (if applicable).
- EWS Certificate for candidates applying in the EWS category.
After completing and paying for the application, download the PDF of the application form and the application fee payment receipt for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA
M.B.A. (Executive)

Successful completion of any Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in the aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian candidates).
If the final degree result is not published at the time of application, % of marks for eligibility will be calculated on the basis of 1st to 4th Semester or 1st & 2nd Year (as applicable) (6th Semester in case of a 4 Year Degree Program) and the candidate is required to pass in all papers. If, at the time of admission, the final degree mark sheet cannot be shown, the admission will be provisional, and the student must produce the same latest by October 31st, 2025; failing which the admission is liable to be cancelled.
Appearance in any of the below-mentioned National Level MBA Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, & NMAT with a decent percentage/percentile score, valid for the present academic year. The primary selection list for GD-PI-WAT will be prepared by the Institute on the basis of this score.

Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 45% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate.
Applicant must have a minimum of two years six months (2.5 years) of full-time work experience (As on 30.06.2025) in one or more registered companies. Applicants must also be currently employed in a registered company.

Selection Procedure

MBA
M.B.A. (Executive)

The final selection of the applicant will be based on their composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment from different dimensions, including the following:

Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Graduation] (Weightage:20%)
National Level Entrance Test Score (Weightage: 35%)
Written Ability Test (Weightage:10%)
Group Discussions and Personal Interview (Weightage:30%)
Work Experience (If Any) (Weightage:5%)

Note :
RESERVATION FOR EWS (Economically Weaker Sections): A maximum 10% of the total seats for each course are reserved for EWS category. This provision is made as per the government guidelines. The candidate/s who opt for this category will be required to upload the EWS certificate issued by the competent authority. Without the certificate the application will be cancelled. Candidates are requested to check the detailed government notification before opting to apply for this category.

Additional Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship will be revoked if the candidate:

Fails to submit the necessary supporting documents relating to the scholarship.
Has Arrear Papers in the first 3 semesters of the MBA degree program.
Doesn’t have minimum 85% attendance in the first 3 semesters of the MBA degree program / becomes attendance debarred in any semester.
Has any record of disciplinary action against him/her in any of the preceding semesters by the disciplinary Committee of the University.

Note: If a candidate is eligible for scholarship under multiple categories, then he/she will be granted the scholarship under only one category which has the highest amount of deduction.
